Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Industrial projects through completion. The Lead Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects throughout the United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, and Renovations of Industrial projects such as: Tilt Wall Warehouses, Cold Storage Food Distribution Facilities, Food & Beverage Processing, Semiconductor, Logistics Distribution Centers, Battery Plants, or Manufacturing facilities, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects. We will also consider experience within the following types of construction: Data Center, Mission Critical, Life Science, Pharmaceutical (Clean Room, Biotech, Labs), Healthcare, Big Box Retail, Retail, Self-Storage, other complex Industrial/Manufacturing experience.
Select Responsibilities:
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
- Must be willing to travel on site to locations across the United States.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
