Star of Honolulu Cruises and Events, Honolulu’s premier tour operator since 1957, a top 250 company in Hawaii, is seeking a professional to join our team as a Front of House Management Trainee! Aloha spirit and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Focus on guest satisfaction.
- Motivate team members, including conducting performance evaluations, providing training, coaching, and administering discipline.
- Make sound decisions and exercise good judgment.
- Anticipate and lead change effectively.
- Foster personal and professional development for yourself and others.
- Oversee scheduling and payroll processes.
Qualifications:
- At least one year working in the F & B Industry.
- Great listening and communication skills.
- A flexible and problem-solving skill-set.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- A great attitude and the ALOHA spirit.
