Key Responsibilities (Team Member):
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking
- Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organized
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders (in person and over the phone), and ensuring prompt, friendly service
- Handling cash register transactions, payments, and accurate order entry
- Assisting with packaging carryout orders and coordinating deliveries
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Supporting team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Other duties as assigned by management
Key Responsibilities (Delivery Driver):
- Delivering food orders safely and promptly to customers
- Verifying orders for accuracy before delivery
- Providing friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organized delivery area
- Assisting in-store with tasks when not on deliveries
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who is reliable and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a kitchen environment (heat, ovens, etc.)
- For delivery drivers: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Other duties as assigned by management
No kitchen or restaurant experience required — we’re happy to train the right person!
