We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Worker to join a team-oriented manufacturing environment specializing in spice and seasoning blends. This is a hands-on, physical position where employees work together to produce high-quality products while following detailed production instructions and safety procedures.
Location: Zelienople, PA 16063
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Production Department team to create spice and seasoning blends.
- Measure, weigh, and load spices, seasonings, and liquids into large commercial batch blenders.
- Follow directions from the Lead Production Worker to ensure ingredients are added in the correct quantities and sequence.
- Assist with operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and drum dollies.
- Support inventory activities and help maintain accurate stock levels.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food-processing experience is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment
- Climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to airborne food particles and spice dust.
- Employees are required to wear:
- Lab coats
- Hair nets
- Beard nets (if applicable)
- Face masks as needed due to fine spice particulates
