About the Role
As a Retail Operations Partner, you will represent Polette in-store and play a key role in delivering a memorable customer experience while achieving sales targets.
For candidates applying for the Supervisor role, you will also support the daily operations of the boutique and help guide the team toward strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding in-store experience
Provide professional product advice and guide customers in selecting frames and lenses
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain an attractive and organized store environment
Participate in product training and sales initiatives
Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets
Additional Responsibilities (Supervisor Role)
Support daily store operations and ensure smooth team coordination
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve monthly sales targets
Monitor store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory levels
Act as a key point of contact between the store and the back office
Handle customer issues and ensure service excellence
Profile

Passion for fashion, eyewear, and retail
Team player with a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred (fashion or eyewear is a plus)
Candidates with supervisory or team leader experience
