About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Injection Molding Technician to join our production team and drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for optimizing machine performance and ensuring high-quality output through precise mold management and technical process control.
Responsibilities-
Execute efficient mold changeovers and equipment setups to minimize production downtime.

Initiate production cycles and fine-tune machine parameters to achieve optimal cycle times.

Validate product quality by conducting rigorous first-piece inspections and continuous monitoring.

Analyze and resolve molding defects to maintain consistent manufacturing standards.

Maintain detailed production logs and technical documentation to ensure process traceability.

Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning on molds to extend tool life and performance.

Collaborate with the production team to uphold a safe and organized shop floor environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to interpret technical prints and follow standardized work instructions.

Strong commitment to safety protocols and reliable attendance.

Prior experience in injection molding setup or process optimization.

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Experience with documentation and data logging in a manufacturing environment.
