Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of pool surfaces, floors, and surrounding areas using hand tools and power equipment to ensure a spotless environment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and plumbing systems to maintain optimal operation.
- Balance water chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals responsibly to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks including equipment repairs, filter cleaning, and system adjustments to prevent malfunctions.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and supplies between job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Monitor outdoor work conditions and ensure safety procedures are followed during all maintenance activities.
- Communicate with clients or facility staff regarding pool status, maintenance schedules, or any issues requiring attention.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately balance pool chemistry.
- Experience with pool cleaning techniques, equipment repair, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment repair is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or facility staff.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
- Outdoor work experience is advantageous due to the nature of the job environment.

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
