Cresthaven Senior Living is seeking an outgoing and vibrant Activities Director with 2 or more years experience, to join our passionate and rapidly growing team. We would also like for this person to drive sometimes. Must be able to pass a level 2 Background check.

Your Responsibilities (bout not limited to):
- Plan, implement and monitor wellness and recreation programs
- Provide programs and events that encourage engagement and socialization to help support high quality of life for our residents
- Manage volunteer program, including recruitment, training and supervising volunteers
- Plan monthly life enrichment calendar for communities
- Coordinate transportation of residents to and from events outside of the community
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ideally an Associate's degree with emphasis in recreation, health education or related field; bachelor's degree preferred
- Two or more years of direct programming experience with older adults
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Compassion and desire to work with the senior population

Pay: $22.00 per hour
