Summary
The foremost responsibility of a Facility Location Manger is to ensure that the facility is cleaned correctly and according to the statement of work or standards. To accomplish that goal, they must manage the assigned staff responsible for cleaning the facility. They shall prepare work schedules, as well as track employee attendance and report hours worked to the Custodial Manager. Should inspect the facility to determine any unusual or recurring work that needs to be done and maintain a checklist of routine or daily as well as high priority cleaning responsibilities for the location assigned to them. They assign workers to specific chores or areas and then inspect the work to ensure it has been done satisfactorily. If disciplinary action is needed, it is required that the Facility Location Supervisor document this via a write up and then discuss these actions with the Custodial Manager and Human Resources. Together they will determine if the employee should be counseled about their performance, determine whether additional training is required or, if necessary, request termination of the employee.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
3+ years’ experience in employee management

Essential Functions:

Become familiar and conversant with the standards set forth in the SOW for subject project

Directs work force alongside Custodial Manager to assure proper staffing and productivity

Direct workflow in a manner that assures timely completion of tasks both scheduled and actioned upon work order while maintaining customer satisfaction ratings of greater than 100%.

Work professionally with all other divisions of FASCON staff onsite or offsite along with Amentum to assure that teamwork is fostered. Maintains professional interactions with the building management and customers.

Daily/Monthly/Periodic schedule compilation and compliance

Enforce all Safety Protocols including chemical and power equipment based on the SOW and the Corporate Safety Manager.

Reporting of all meetings attended in accordance with FASCON standards.

Performs duties in accordance with contract requirements.

Adheres to FASCON policies and procedures.

Whenever critically necessary, Facility Location Supervisor’s may also assist workers to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Leads and builds collaborative relationships to drive the organization to the next level in performance.

Completion and provision daily to the main onsite office of all Key Logs and Work Reports

Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises multiple employees in the performance of their routine activities; including but not limited to Location Team Leads if warranted and Janitorial staff.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of the following programs: Email, Miter, Virtual conferencing: Zoom, Teams, Webex
