Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. - Assist with human capital management activities, including employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), and managing job postings on social media platforms
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
- Facilitate benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation
- Assist with employee evaluation processes and performance management documentation
- Support compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning
- Manage data entry tasks related to payroll systems like ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro; ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting
- Coordinate training & development sessions and assist with organizational design initiatives
- Prepare reports on workforce management metrics and support strategic planning efforts
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and scheduling meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as iCIMS or Taleo; experience with ATS platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro
- Strong understanding of benefits administration processes and payroll systems like ADP or Paychex
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain data security standards
- Experience with social media management for recruiting purposes is a plus
