Hiring for a full-time foreman, heavy equipment operator. You will be completing site work for our residential and commercial customers. Must be experienced in reading house / grading plans. Land clearing, lot grading, digging basement foundations, placing basements on grade using a laser level, installing driveways, backfilling and final grades.
- Attendance and punctuality is essential
- Pay is highly competitive, based on experience & skill set
- Overtime paid for hours worked over 40 hours each week
- Valid Virginia state driver’s license is required
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently
