About the Role
GetHealth-e is one of the fastest-growing health insurance call centers, and we’re expanding our sales team. We’re looking for motivated, licensed insurance agents who want to build a long-term career helping individuals and seniors find the right health coverage.
In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls and place outbound calls to prospective members, using a consultative approach to understand each person’s healthcare needs and enroll them in the plans that fit best. You’ll represent all major health carriers, giving you the flexibility to genuinely match clients with the right solution.
This is a virtual position, with a set schedule of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation: $18/hour during training, increasing to $20/hour once you begin selling, plus a strong commission structure, monthly bonuses, and renewals
- Realistic earning potential of $65,000 – $150,000 per year (base plus commission)

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to enroll prospective members in health insurance plans
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of available plans, building rapport and trust with each caller
- Qualify and enroll individuals into coverage that meets their specific needs
- Cross-sell complementary products, including Short-Term Home Health Care, Hospital Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription (RX) coverage
- Offer ancillary products to create year-round earning opportunities
What You’ll Need
- An active Health and Life Insurance License
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients at all levels
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously while speaking with clients on the phone
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to hit sales goals
