Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory control, and lead a team of warehouse associates. The warehouse supports our retail store located in Larimer Square.
This role is vital in ensuring efficient replenishment of our retail store. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in warehouse management, retail inventory replenishment, and team leadership, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory organization and management, and daily retail store replenishment.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate inventory control through regular audits.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
- Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor preferably within a retail organization.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and materials handling.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, tools, or systems like Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
