We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home and community-based settings. We are seeking motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the DFW Metroplex. As a BT/RBT, you’ll work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings
- Follow treatment plans and teaching procedures developed by supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development
- Attend supervision sessions and ongoing training as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- RBT certification preferred (training available for BTs)
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Strong communication, patience, and reliability
- Must pass background check and meet state requirements
