Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a background in sports coaching or physical education.
Duties:
- Instruct swim lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Develop lesson plans tailored to the needs of each swimmer
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to improve their technique
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment in the pool
- Utilize behavior management techniques when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in swim instruction or related field is preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and motivate students effectively
Qualifications desired:
* Experience teaching swim lessons
* Reliable transportation
* Passion for teaching & working with children
* Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
