Performs a variety of physical labor tasks under direct supervision to support daily operations. Tasks may include moving materials, operating equipment, and assisting with grounds or site maintenance.
Perform general manual labor such as:
Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Loading and unloading vehicles.
Digging, refilling holes, and similar site work.
Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, etc.).
Assisting with basic equipment operation.
Support other workers in an assisting capacity.
Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., equipment operation).
Frequent physical effort handling objects under 30 lbs.
Occasional exposure to occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.).

Work is primarily performed in an outdoor/manual labor environment.

Experience: Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
