We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing financial records and inventory for multiple companies, both domestic and international, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) for multi-company operations, including domestic and international transactions.
- Maintain full bookkeeping duties, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting and controlling.
- Oversee inventory management, tracking high-value assets and ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
- Prepare books and financial statements for CPAs, supporting tax preparation and audits.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in full bookkeeping, preferably in wholesale, retail, or inventory-intensive industries.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and computer-savvy with accounting software (QuickBooks).
- Excellent references from previous employers.
- Willingness to work under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred but not required.
