Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression of the rental experience
- Assist guests with vehicle inspection, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and accurately
- Verify reservation details and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide clear instructions on vehicle operation, including manual transmission features when applicable
- Conduct outdoor work such as parking vehicles in designated areas and ensuring proper vehicle placement at parking facilities
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address questions or concerns promptly
Experience
- Previous guest services or hospitality experience preferred, demonstrating excellent customer interaction skills
- Driving experience required, including familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and safe driving practices
- Experience working outdoors or in outdoor environments is a plus
- Background in dealership or retail environments involving cashiering and retail math is advantageous
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Strong communication skills essential for providing clear instructions and building rapport with customers
- Prior delivery driver experience or work as a dealership greeter is beneficial for understanding vehicle features and customer expectations
