Front of House Helper (Hourly Wage + Tip Pool)
We are seeking an energetic, attentive Front of House (FOH) Helper to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our front-of-house operations, ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.
This role focuses on guest care and table support. You will not be running or serving main food dishes.
Responsibilities
- Table Service Support: Refill water, utensils, and Korean side dishes (banchan).
- Server Support: Assist front-of-house servers with additional guest requests.
- Table Maintenance: Prepare tables for new guests with full table settings and ensure dining areas remain clean; including occasionally bussing tables.
- Host & Seat: Greet arriving guests and guide them to their tables.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service is great but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting when needed
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay active on your feet
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills that enhance guest satisfaction
Pay: From $18.70 per hour
