High school diploma or higher; coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus

Prior childcare, special education, or behavioral support experience preferred

Ability to work consistent part-time hours (afternoons/evenings and/or weekends)

Willingness to commute within 5-10 miles (30-45 minutes)

CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for working with children

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Provide direct behavioral support to children under clinical supervision
