Interested in becoming a dental assistant? Star of Texas Dental Assisting School offers a career-training program designed for individuals with little or no prior dental experience.
Students receive classroom instruction, hands-on lab training, and supervised experience in a real dental office. As part of the program, eligible students complete a paid clinical externship, allowing them to gain practical experience while working alongside experienced dental professionals.

Program Schedule
- 12-week program
- Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 196 total clock hours - 48 hours lecture, 48 hours laboratory/clinical instruction, 100 hours clinical externship
Who Can Apply
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
Important Information
Tuition is 3,995, and financial assistance options may be available for qualified students. The program includes an opportunity to participate in a paid externship during training.
