At least 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor (preferred)

Strong communication and consultative sales skills

Thorough understanding of estimates, repair orders, and warranty procedures

Ability to explain technical repairs in clear, customer-friendly terms

High level of accountability, urgency, and professionalism

Passion for the automotive industry and delivering quality service

Competitive, performance-driven compensation (100% commission) $60,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience and results)
