Reconstruction Project Coordinator (RPC)
Titan Restoration of AZ – Mesa, AZ
Full-Time
Nothing Stalls on Your Watch.
Reconstruction is a relay race. Estimates, approvals, paperwork, production, supplements, customer communication, final review, billing—there are a lot of places for the baton to hit the ground.
Your job is to make sure it doesn't.
Titan Restoration is looking for a Reconstruction Project Coordinator (RPC) who can connect the dots between our Estimators, Superintendents, customers, and the reconstruction process.
This isn't a role for someone who waits for a task list. We need someone who notices when something isn't moving, figures out the next step, follows up fearlessly, and keeps going until the loop is closed.
You coordinate the work. You don't absorb it. Our Estimators estimate. Our Superintendents run production. You make sure the process moves and nobody is left guessing.
What You'll Own
- Job momentum. Watch Recon projects and keep them moving to the next step.
- Pending sales follow-up. Once an estimate is sent, consistently follow up until the customer makes a decision.
- Clean handoffs. Help connect Estimating → Production → Billing so information doesn't get lost between departments.
- Revenue protection. Keep scope changes, supplements, bids, and other critical information moving between Superintendents and Estimators.
- The details. Coordinate Work Authorizations, Certificates of Completion, permits, bids, and other project documentation.
- Customer follow-through. Make sure communication happens, assist with updates, and follow up on outstanding customer needs and documents.
- Final File Review. Make sure completed jobs don't sit when they're ready to move toward billing.
- Albi. Our job management system is the system of record. Keep statuses, notes, next steps, owners, and due dates current.
- Accountability. Follow up when something is owed, and escalate when a preventable issue isn't getting resolved.
You'll Probably Love This Job If...
- You naturally ask, “What's the next step?”
- You're the person who remembers the thing everyone else forgot.
- You can take messy information and make it make sense.
- Following up with someone a second time doesn't make you uncomfortable.
- You don't need someone to tell you every move to make.
- You're comfortable working with strong personalities and can hold people accountable without creating unnecessary friction.
- You like checking things off—but more importantly, you like seeing the whole project move forward.
- You understand that “I sent the email” isn't the same thing as “it's handled.”
- You notice dropped balls and pick them up.
Experience
Experience in restoration, reconstruction, residential construction, insurance repairs, project coordination, or a similar construction environment is strongly preferred.
Experience working with Estimators, Project Managers/Superintendents, insurance-related construction, or construction management software is a plus.
More important than having the perfect résumé: you need to be proactive, organized, persistent, and comfortable taking ownership.

The Bottom Line
