We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. You’ll help drive a positive workplace culture by providing guidance on policies, supporting associate concerns, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience.
- Coordinates the full recruitment process for hourly positions. Serves as a resource for candidates and associates by answering application questions, screening internal and external applicants, and coordinating interviews and pre-employment testing.
- Provides guidance to front line supervisors on interpreting and applying HR policies and practices
- Assists with responding to associate concerns and assists with investigations related to policy violations
- Maintains accurate employee data in UKG
- Serves as a resource to associates by providing information on policies, benefits, payroll, and job postings
- Contributes to the development and ongoing improvement of site HR policies and procedures
- Coordinates associate involvement initiatives, including the Employee Activity Committee
- Supports planning and execution of associate events

- Promotes a strong safety culture by ensuring work is performed in a safe and responsible manner
- Supports a collaborative team environment and completes additional HR-related duties as needed

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Must have ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and prioritize responsibilities.

Experience in Human Resources, including HR-related information systems and hourly recruitment, is preferred.
