Provide speech and language therapy services to residents in a post-acute setting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans

Support patients in regaining communication and swallowing abilities

Document progress and maintain compliance with facility and state guidelines

Licensed SLP in the state of California

Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
