The Custodian is responsible for performing a variety of tasks and projects to keep San Carlos Condominium clean and running smoothly. The right candidate will have prior cleaning experience, an interest in learning more about our industry and the ability to take on additional responsibilities when necessary. We are seeking individuals who are able to follow direction well and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all common areas are clean and organized. .
- Maintain all property restrooms and amenity areas.
- Make sure that all trash is emptied throughout the day.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Investigate and report damage to the building.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and be prepared to replace supplies in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
