Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs to building systems, fixtures, and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access around the property.
- Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures through cleaning or repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and experience with horticulture practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform snow plowing duties safely during winter weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in identifying maintenance needs.
- Ability to lift heavy objects is required.
