Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business operations at Hotel Indigo and Even Troy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing teams, and developing strategies to enhance overall business performance. This role requires a proactive leader with strong management skills, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to foster business growth. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable development across departments.
Responsibilities
- Evening/ closing manager for the hotel and restaurant
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments meet their performance targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to foster a high-performance work environment.
- Manage profit & loss statements, analyzing financial data to optimize costs and maximize revenue.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
- Coordinate project management efforts, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all operations.

- Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in strategic planning and business development strategies.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
