StretchLab Castro is looking for a driven, people-oriented Membership Sales Associate to help grow our membership community.
This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping prospects take action toward their health and wellness goals. If you have experience in fitness sales, membership sales, wellness, hospitality, retail sales, or consultative selling, this is an opportunity to join a fast-growing wellness brand with significant earning potential.
You'll spend your time talking with prospective members, following up on leads, booking consultations, conducting studio tours, and helping clients find the right membership to support their mobility, recovery, fitness, and wellness goals.
Success in this role is measured by conversations, appointments booked, memberships sold, and long-term member retention.

Target earnings: $22–$30+ per hour including commissions and bonuses.
What You'll Do
Drive Membership Sales
- Contact leads via phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up
- Book intro stretch consultations with prospective members
- Conduct studio tours and wellness consultations
- Recommend memberships and packages based on client goals
- Convert consultations into memberships
- Re-engage former members and inactive clients
- Consistently achieve sales and booking goals
Build Relationships
- Create a welcoming and professional client experience
- Develop rapport with members and prospects
- Understand client goals related to fitness, recovery, flexibility, mobility, and wellness
- Support member retention through ongoing communication and engagement
Support Studio Operations
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar flow
- Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activities
- Assist with community events and local marketing initiatives
- Help maintain a clean, organized, premium studio environment
