Your Opportunity:
Ready to be the architect of cross-border growth? As a key player on our Client & Industry Solutions team in North America, you'll operate at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational excellence. Based in New York, you'll unlock high-value opportunities with leading asset managers, positioning yourself as their trusted cross-border advisor while driving meaningful revenue impact.
What You'll Own:
Origination & Growth
Drive our European Desk growth strategy in North America identifying new opportunities and amplifying existing relationships that matter
Activate your NYC network of law firms, placement agents, and advisors to uncover cross-border opportunities
Build a revenue-generating pipeline alongside Sales and Relationship Managers, aligned to our most strategic European offerings
Work with GTM to create the tools and framework for cross sell growth
Client & Solution Development
Become the go-to expert on sophisticated product solutions:
Cross border Fund Administration operating models
Parallel fund structuring and domiciliation
Fund distribution strategies
Host AIFM and Depositary models
Strategic Collaboration
Connect the dots across our global ecosystem:
Sales & Relationship Management teams
Alliance & Partnerships
European product, legal, and service delivery experts
Onboarding and operations
You'll be the vital link between commercial ambition, regulatory requirements, and operational execution—across continents.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Stay ahead of European regulatory evolution (AIFMD, distribution frameworks, ESG)
Shape thought leadership and elevate client conversations around European fund innovation
Who You Are:
✔ Commercially Wired: Proven track record in origination or business development within asset management (Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets), fund services, or European financial services
✔ Connected: You've built a powerful NYC-based network within alternative investments and know how to leverage it
✔ Collaborative & Strategic: You've successfully partnered with Sales and Relationship Management teams to close complex deals
✔ Self-Starter: You thrive working autonomously, navigating sophisticated opportunities from inception to close

Salary range: We offer a salary of $150,000 to $200,000 depending on the skills and experience brought to the role. I-HYBRID
