What You’ll Do
As a Lead Carpenter, you’ll take ownership of residential remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing plans to life with precision and care.
- Execute high-quality carpentry work including demo, framing, cabinetry, trim, doors and window installation, and finish work
- Lead on-site construction and keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
- Interpret blueprints and ensure builds are accurate to plan
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to stay on schedule and on budget
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and communicate material needs early
- Deliver a professional, positive client experience
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes
What You Bring
- 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
- Strong skills in framing, finish carpentry, and general construction
- Experience leading crews and managing job sites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in full home remodels, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical work
- Basic understanding of project scheduling and budgeting
