Position: Experienced Carpenter
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the building and remodeling space, with expertise in framing, exteriors, outbuildings, and basic code understanding. Not a requirement but post frame construction experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and participating in all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Working together with a team of skilled carpenters and laborers
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborating with clients, co-workers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Upholding our company values of camaraderie through craftsmanship, continuing education, organization and respect.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in building and remodeling
- Expertise in framing, exteriors, outbuildings, and post frame construction
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Commitment to professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
