Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to guarantee timely service delivery and operational excellence.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, update reports, and prepare for the next day’s operations.
- Train new team members on hotel management systems, customer service standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing details, and incident reports to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong background in guest services, customer relations, and hotel management procedures.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests.
- Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
