Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Order Processing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently assisting with order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and inventory accuracy within our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Shipping & receiving activities, including loading and unloading shipment
- Ensure proper packaging of products for safe delivery while adhering to shipping logistics requirements.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with order fulfillment tasks and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: inspect for damages, shortages or overages. Attention to detail a must.
- Verify packing lists against purchase orders
- Cooardinate returns and communicate issues with vendors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse and shipping logistics
- Basic math skills for order calculations and inventory adjustments
- Experience with shipping software such as Fedex and UPS preferred
- Experience with order picking & packing
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy loads safely, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Background check and drug test
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
