We’re seeking a skilled OR Circulator RN to join our surgical team on a PRN basis, with a strong preference for individuals who have flexible availability and enjoy stepping in where they’re needed most.

What You’ll Do:
- Circulate in the Operating Room and Procedure Room, ensuring safe and efficient patient care
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
- Assess patient needs and support individualized care throughout the surgical experience
- Maintain sterile technique and uphold infection control standards
- Monitor patients during procedures, including medication administration and recovery support
- Provide patient and family education to ensure a safe discharge
What You Bring:
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- OR Circulator experience required
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to step in and adapt quickly
