What You'll Do
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play an important role in creating an outstanding patient experience while helping our office run efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome patients and help create a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
- Take orthodontic records, including digital photographs, panoramic x-rays, and intraoral scans (training provided if needed).
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist doctors and clinical assistants as needed.
- Assist with instrument sterilization and infection control following OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Support laboratory responsibilities including appliance fabrication support, organizing cases, receiving shipments, and maintaining supplies.
- Help maintain clean, organized treatment areas and laboratory spaces.
- Cross-train to provide front office support, including answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with both the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism with patients, parents, and team members.

Qualifications
- Medical, dental or orthodontic experience REQUIRED.
- X-ray certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
