We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient procedures.
- Take and record vital signs and patient history.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by a physician.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or relevant certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a family practice or primary care setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in facilitating provider orders and managing referrals.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Shift: Full time
- Shifts available between Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 6pm with mandatory 1 Saturday a month for half shift from 8:00am-12:00pm
LOCATION: Glendale Arizona with possible traveling to Surprise and/or Scottsdale as needed for coverage.
