Program Overview
VIEWS FC is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Pre-Club Academy Soccer Coach to work with boys and girls ages 5–9 in a fun, development-focused recreational environment. This program is designed to introduce young players to the game while building confidence, coordination, and a love for soccer.
Schedule (Consistent Weekly Times)
- Fridays: 1:30–2:30 PM
- Trancas Canyon Park
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate training sessions for players ages 5–9
- Teach fundamental soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, movement)
- Create a positive, encouraging, and structured environment
- Manage groups effectively while keeping sessions fun and active
- Communicate clearly and positively with players and families
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to coach each session
- Uphold VIEWS FC values and coaching standards
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children (soccer, sports, education, or camps)
- Soccer playing or coaching experience preferred, but not required
- High energy, patience, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and group management skills
- Reliable and professional demeanor
- Coaching licenses are a plus, but not required
