- Ability to document with accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to work with various materials and machine types.
Available openings include:
1. CNC Mill Machinist - In this role, you will operate and program CNC milling machines to produce high precision components according to detailed specifications. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality manufacturing processes, utilizing advanced machining techniques and precision measurement tools.
*$35 - $40/hr. (depending on experience), 1st shift schedule
- Must have CNC MAZAK experience along with MAZITROL;
- 10-15+ years of experience with Mazak CNC 5 axis Mills
- Programming and setup of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions
- Knowledge of Mazitrol
- Understanding of UG/NX a plus
- Trade school, Mazak training, Mazitrol training a plus
- Hold tight tolerances
- Experience in working with different types of materials
- Use of measuring tools including micrometers, bore gauges, etc.
2. CNC Integrex Machinist - The CNC Multi-Tasking machine combines a turning center and machining center for productive manufacturing and allowing for single-setup part production making it efficient, reducing lead times while improving accuracy.
*$25 - $38/hr., 1st or 2nd shift schedule, 4-10hr day work week + overtime (1st shift: Mon - Fri, 7am - 3:30pm & 2nd shift: Mon - Thur, 3pm - 1am)
- Have Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill/Turn experience
- Knowledge of G-Code and Mazatrol
- Be able to program and Set-Up CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions
- Have live tooling CNC Lathe Operation
- Ability to perform complex setups on your own.
- Ability to perform tool selection, work holding, programming, and op sequencing for new jobs
- Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on your own
- Experience running CMM programs and setting up jobs for inspection
- Experience programming in G-Gode, Mazatrol, or Mastercam
- Experience running multi-axis CNC machines with complex offsets
- More than 10 years machining experience in an environment with close tolerance parts, preferably Aerospace
- CNC Machining training or certification
- NYS Journeyman’s certificate
3. CNC Multi-Axis Lathe Machinist - This role involves operating and programming advanced CNC lathes with multi-axis capabilities to produce precision components for various industries.
*$25 - $35/hr., 1st shift schedule of 7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri
- Mazak Integrex experience
- G-Code and Mazatrol knowledge
- Programming and Set-Up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions
- Live tooling Lathe
- Selection & troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures
