WTR Companies is a growing service provider specializing in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Plumbing across West Texas and DFW. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Dispatcher to join our Midland team and help keep our daily operations running efficiently.
Position Summary:
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring timely communication between customers, technicians, and office staff. This role is critical to maintaining workflow efficiency and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for daily service calls
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate job information and completion
- Enter and update work orders in the system
- Assist with prioritizing emergency calls and urgent service requests
- Coordinate with management on workload and technician availability
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred (HVAC/plumbing industry a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems (Excel, email, dispatching software)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay Range:
$20–$22/hour (depending on experience)
