Beyond the Breakthrough Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced LCSW or LCMHC to provide clinical supervision and support to our growing team of mental health professionals throughout North Carolina.

This is a remote position offering flexibility while helping maintain high standards of clinical care and professional development within our telehealth practice.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to associate level clinicians in accordance with North Carolina regulations.
- Support clinicians with case consultation, treatment planning, and documentation as needed.
- Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate supervision records as required by licensing boards.
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other professionals
- Uphold ethical and professional standards

Qualifications
- Active unrestricted state license (LCSW ) in North Carolina
- Active unrestricted LCMHC
- Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision in NC.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience with [trauma, anxiety, depression, couples, kids, etc.]
- EMDR, CBT, or other specialized training
- Bilingual is a plus

Compensation:
- This is a percentage-based compensation model. It depends on your caseload
- 60% Part Time-70% Full Time of collected claims. (Will be given time at higher rate to gain your caseload first)
