About the Role
Stone and Leaf Landscaping is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to support our growing design-build landscaping team. This part-time role plays a key part in helping our sales and design team deliver a smooth, professional experience from initial inquiry through project kickoff.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced sales environment. The schedule is approximately 20 hours per week with potential for additional hours during peak season and opportunities for long-term growth within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
- Support the sales and design team with lead management and follow-up
- Schedule consultations, site visits, and project meetings
- Prepare and organize proposals, contracts, and client information
- Maintain CRM records and track project pipeline updates
- Communicate project details clearly between clients, sales staff, and production teams
- Assist with customer follow-ups, invoicing reminders, and administrative tasks
- Help create a seamless and professional client experience throughout the sales process
