- Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare and SCA construction projects.
- Support the management of project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, architects, clients, and field teams.
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and progress reports.
- Help monitor project costs and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, SCA requirements, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
- Support the project team in identifying and resolving construction-related challenges
