A global leader in the industrial technology and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to join its growing Human Resources team. - Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience within a global organization, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or similar environment.
- Proven experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job intake through offer acceptance.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies using traditional, digital, and social recruiting methods.
- Experience with Workday ATS is highly preferred.
- Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and HR leaders while influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and regions.
- Experience recruiting across diverse teams and collaborating in global, cross-cultural environments.
- Excellent communication, consulting, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring needs, and role requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract high-quality candidates through internal talent pools and external recruiting channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screenings, and behavioral interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Stay informed on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and innovative sourcing strategies.
