Skills
- Proven experience in elementary school teaching with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Expertise in curriculum development, implementation, and lesson planning across core subjects such as Math, Literacy, and Science.
- Excellent communication skills for effective student interactions and team collaboration.
- Strong classroom management skills to create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Proficiency in learning technology integration, including educational software and digital resources.
- Experience working with children with developmental differences is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
- Demonstrated mentoring abilities to support students needing additional guidance.
