Overview
We are actively seeking a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Lancaster. This vital role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across diverse industries while leveraging bilingual communication skills to connect with a broad candidate pool.
Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels including social media, HR sourcing platforms, and external recruiting networks.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Utilize talent management software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Avionte to track applicant progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law throughout the hiring process.
- Engage in cold calling and outreach efforts to attract candidates and expand talent pipelines.
- Coordinate employee orientation, onboarding, employee evaluation, and outreach activities to support new hires
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and effectively source candidates through various sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
