What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is persistent, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of their A/R. This position is not simply about submitting claims — it is about making sure claims actually make it through the insurance process and result in payment.
They are willing to investigate when a claim isn't received, determine why it wasn't processed, correct the issue, and follow up until it is resolved.
If you are someone who enjoys problem-solving, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping A/R clean and moving, we would love to hear from you!
