We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an administrative assistant. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
Skills:
· Strong technology skills including but not limited to
o Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook, Excel
o Google Drive
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Ability to multi-task and manage projects
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Facebook Marketplace
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support such as writing/editing emails and preparing communications
· Processing payroll with Quickbooks
· Accounts Payable & receivables
· Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
· Managing and maintaining company calendar
Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30PM with ½ hour break
Overtime available
Weekly pay
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
