As a Guest Services Agent at Worlds of Fun Village, you'll be the friendly face guests turn to for help, answers, and park information. Greet guests and help answer questions about the park

Check-in/Check-out guests who are staying at the Village

Handle transactions accurately and responsibly

Listen to guest concerns or feedback and help find solutions

Respond to guests in person, by phone, or electronically

Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming work area

Use multiple computer systems to assist guests

Help create a positive guest experience every day

Assist with restocking the Village store
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership

Minimum age: 18

Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills

Comfortable speaking with guests facetoface and over the phone

Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to adapt quickly and problemsolve

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather

For restocking the Village Store: ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Strong teamwork skills and professional behavior
