Our client, a well‑established and growing organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their corporate finance team. This is a highly visible Accounting Manager role supporting consolidated reporting and enterprise‑wide accounting functions. This position offers a hybrid work environment.

Lead the monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Oversee intercompany eliminations, equity, and corporate accounting activities

Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analytics

Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching and mentorship

Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and external reporting teams

Support audit activities and maintain strong internal controls

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s or MBA preferred

CPA required with 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience

Prior experience in public accounting and/or large public company environment

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate consolidations

Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

Advanced Excel skills; ERP and consolidation systems experience preferred
